I came in to open up an account and I got connected with Ms. Eriika and she is the bomb Diggity bomb. She took great care of me. I’m very satisfied. I am new to the state. Me and my family just moved here from the West Coast.
It would be nice to actually have a number to call and not have to jump through hoops to get a member service personnel. I had an issue that had nothing to do with what they had on the phone listing. I went through every digit from 1-9 to try and get to member service, only to be given the runaround and told to try this one or that one. Then I was constantly rerouted back to the main menu. Terrible service it's time for Teri to retire. All I needed was a new debit card. The tellers had no interest in actually servicing me didn't even listen to what I needed before sending me to wait on a rep, When every other SRP I've been to literally the same day tellers would of Did It Themselves with in 5 Minutes If Both Machines wasn't Down.
