Trying to contact someone at SRP is ridiculous. The IVR phone system they use is terrible, I cannot reach a representative, they do not offer email assistance, an online form to contact them, or anything. I am trying to do a payoff on a loan, but no one will help me, so it looks like their debt will sit unpaid since I cannot contact someone for help, and I no longer have access to my accounts. Absolutely terrible bank; I really miss when Augusta VAH was still around; they actually had their stuff together.
Definitely the most unreliable bank I've done business with. 90% of the time their ATMs are unable to accept deposits. This is very inconvenient since I work nights. Switching banks once lobbies start to open back up.
Horrible bank all around.
Worst bank. My accounts always get hacked. This time for $1,000. I don't feel my money is safe with this bank. Time to switch

Get ready to have srp credit union dictate what account your money goes in...the new pres has stopped all spring and fall loan promotions and now 3 day hold on check deposit and even if you fill out your deposit slip for checking they tell you it will go in savings account and toy will have to transfere it...new pres name is Harry Gunsalles....
ATM’s hardly ever work, I don’t know what I’d do if this was my main bank. I’ll never switch everything over to them.
