Excellent Customer Service! I had a great experience shopping at SRISHTI in Plano. The staff was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The store is well organized with a beautiful collection of idols and puja items. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality service and authentic products! Sai helped us.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Srishti, Srishti offers an impressive selection of brass, bronze, and stone statues that cater to various religious tastes and preferences. The staff at Srishti is another highlight—they are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help you find what you're looking for.
The rating is mainly due to the price at the store. No doubt the store has a good collection but the prices are a big concern. We have been to the store a couple of times and every time we have the same experience. Most of the items will not have a tag and the prices will be quoted based on the mood of owner and the judgement of the owner, how much in need you are for the product.
