I’m a regular customer at this store and have always received fresh and nice flowers and leaves . But yesterday the person helping me has tricked me by giving these dried up betal leaves , I asked her for 10 betal leaves but she only 6 and also these dried up ones and she put it straight away into my carry bag without showing me , I honestly just trusted her but this is being very careless from their side . They cannot charge me and give me dried up stuff which I can’t use
Poor customer service. I went to the shop at 7:55 pm just to get a flower packet and betel leaf and the lady wasn’t really welcoming at all. She was really upset and staring all the time I was inside. She don’t wanna make business while closing I guess.
You get good product only when you know the people inside. Spoiled and rotten flowers are thrown to strangers ., new customers.
I am from Canada and I ordered 2 dolls and both arrived in good condition and very well packaged. They really did care about international shipping!. I want to give a shout out to Manikandan for reaching out when he asked me for options since the Bommai I ordered was out of stock. Thank you Manikandan for you care and attention in delivering the products!
