This is a place where I retreat doing business with. None responsive, slow and no customer service. They used to have an account that died and he was the one who always did my taxes and was so good about it. His current staff is terrible. On my tax return one year I was blind. This year I am still waiting after three month to have one simple tax completed. The filed for extension without me being even notified as I am assuming they took to many clients this year. Stay away from them if you dont want to have headaches.
