RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! My elderly relative had a Lifeline button because he was at risk of falling. It worked great at first. Then it started missing/failing to detect falls. I called two separate time ask for a replacement, but was denied. Both timed I was told that it was because my relative was not falling far enough. This makes no sense, because it was detecting these same types of falls when they first got the button.
