Great Meditation Community here in Richmond. They have experienced trainers. I have been meditating for 12 years and this is the best practice if you’re a novice or experienced . You will learn something new. To top it off it’s Free!

Wonderful place to learn and practice meditation.
It’s a great place run by volunteers. All the services like individual sittings with preceptors, group meditations, yoga and pranayama sessions are all free including Friday dinners and Sunday breakfasts! They also have excellent sessions for kids like Brighter minds, Chess, Gitopadesh, and Yoga classes. Brighter minds program is very impressive.
