August 7th around 11:10am. Truck in Abbotsford area. The driver was driving recklessly, weaving in and out of traffic. Honking at people.
Been driving 20 years. Never seen a commercial driver as wreckless and dangerous.
S121. Is the truck number. I nearly got side swiped by him. He was going about 80 coming into Amarillo tx. I had to slam the brakes so I wouldn't of died. Take his license away
