This disgrace of a human being just charged my daughter £10 to turn her phone off and on! She was literally lost in Leeds on her first day of uni and her phone crashed she asked him for help and he said £15 at first this is absolutely disgusting what ever happened to helping someone in need eh absolutely disgrace you should be ashamed
