We are very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. We received a text message late on a Sunday night cancelling a quote that was scheduled for 8:00am the following morning. There was no explanation provided just a brief statement that it needed to be cancelled, followed by a suggestion to contact them if we wanted to reschedule. Cancelling at such short notice, especially without any reason or courtesy, is frustrating and inconvenient. Simon and his team are a pleasure to deal with, friendly, helpful and very professional. He was able to repair our motorised folding arm awning quickly and efficiently, turned up when he said he would and left no mess. Highly recommended.
Simon (and Troy) assisted and offered direction on all things curtains and blinds throughout our new home build journey. The result is a fabulous mix of curtains and drapes with custom pelmets, to fantastic e technology with our blinds. "Alexa open all upstairs blinds".....love it!!

Simon was great to work with. He and Troy installed new curtains and roller blinds to our apartment downstairs and shutters to the 3 bedrooms upstairs. They have made an amazing difference to the look of the room with the s curve curtains floor to ceiling. His advice was perfect. The shutters have insulated the bedrooms in the cold and allow great options for letting breezes through. So much better than our old Venetian blinds. Highly recommend SR awnings and blinds!
