Customer service is important to me when shopping and Amber definitely shows exemplary service and knows exactly how to satisfy her customers experience with purchasing/renting a suit. We only had a certain amount of time to pick something and she quickly helped us decide what to get. She was very fun and efficient. I wish customer service like this was found everywhere. When we walked in, I immediately knew we didn't want to purchase from this place. The employee was so apathetic and acted as if we were bothering her. When we went in, the system was down so we couldn't get anything anyway, but I was just frustrated with the service.
I give this company 1 star. Don't get me wrong the staff was nice, but our tux's were a day late so we had to pick up tux's for my daughter's quincenera on the same day. As soon as I got home I put on the clothes and my tuxedo was the only one that did not fit as far as the jacket went. So since I was on crunch time I could not return back to the place to get my jacket fix instead I had to deal with it.
