Horrible experience. We went in to get my boyfriend fitted for a suit for his brothers wedding and whoever was “helping” us had the worst sense of customer service I have ever experienced. The only good thing I can say is that they were quick. He got fitted in a baggy shirt and long pants that smelled bad and the woman was extremely rude and blunt, cutting off his comments and questions. I have never left a bad review before and I would never recommend.
Ms. Patti helped me find tuxes for my wedding so easily. She knows her stuff, and she cares that everyone is fitted correctly. Most of the groomsmen were from out of state, but that was not an issue.

My son was fitted for a tux at this store. After waiting in line for 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon because there was 1 lady working and she was very slow, I was informed that he had been fitted there, but they had ordered the tux for the siegan lane store. She offered no explanations or solutions to their mistake.
