Barry Squires, without my knowledge, had a document written up to have my lot split for one of his clients. My husband and I never submitted a lot split application or had any interest in doing so. He never contacted me or my husband; this came out of nowhere and was very confusing and infuriating. My lawyer had to send a cease and desist letter to Mr. Squires to stop his unlawful actions. Very unprofessional and do not recommended.
