Massagers are amazing at this place! However, I feel the overall management has some issues: it seems that massagers’ schedules are very fully booked without enough buffer time between sessions and could cause “running late” for up to 15 mins. And they just kept the client waiting in the waiting area without even notifying them! In the meantime if the client is running late, their message sessions could be shortened. Hope the management could do some adjustment to avoid these kind of unpleasant situations.
Staff friendly. Atmosphere is calming and inviting! Massages are customizable so can never go wrong and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!
I come here monthly at a minimum now. Excellent location and services across the board. I’ll continue to be a member as long as we live in Somerville.
Such a wonderful experience all around! From the moment you walk in, you feel like a VIP. Reception and lounge are lovely. You get to choose your aromatherapy and music for your appointment. DJ, my massage therapist, was fantastic. I came in with a migraine & by the end of the session, it was completely gone!
Best massage and a great customer service experience at a family-owned business!!! Christina is the kindest owner!
