Really good mechanics, a welcoming atmosphere. I’d recommend this shop to any mountain bikers visiting Brevard.
Usually I don't think 5 stars are even possible for most reviews. 4 stars is usually the most I ever give. You have to go so far above and beyond the usual to get that ranking. With that said. I can honestly say that Squatch bikes saved my vacation. My bike had a faulty rear brake, from my own error, and was pretty much useless. They not only got my bike right in, the steps they went through was WAY beyond what I would have ever expected. Especially for a walk in customer from out of state. "Huge shoutout to Squatch for saving my trip! I snapped the rear axle on my 2015 Niner on my last day, and while the part was out of stock everywhere locally, this team went above and beyond. Pat was incredibly knowledgeable, and Mattie—the other mechanic—actually gave me the axle off his own bike so I could get one last ride in before heading back to Michigan. Unbeatable service and genuine care. Highly recommend!"
