We rented from Squatch bikes for the first time and we’re more than impressed. Heather and Cory are phenomenal customer service representatives. We had some questions about length of rental, and Heather handled this situation with my wife in the most professional, caring, kind, and honest way that I have ever seen in a customer service setting. Been coming to Squatch for a while now, and the crew and service are consistently excellent. Most small issues get taken care of on the spot or same day. They're fast, attentive, and unpretentious. They'll happily educate you about your bike no matter your skill level, and never make you feel embarrassed for asking "stupid" questions. Hands down the best bike shop in WNC. They are extremely knowledgeable, go above and beyond for customers and are very friendly. I highly recommend Squatch for all your cycling needs
Wonderful experience getting my bike fixed. My rear axle had seized on my Yeti SB115 and I couldn't break it loose. Pat was able to get it drilled out and had me up and riding in less than 20 minutes. The bonus was that they had all the parts needed to get it fixed (hanger, cap and axel). I also thought everything was reasonably priced. I'm new to the area and this will become my new local bike shop. Great job Pat!
