If you are looking for a lender who communicates well and maintains his promises, you will need to seek services elsewhere. Promised no issues to close in another country - Failed to find lenders after multiple delays. Promised Refi would be easy and facilitate ability to purchase new property - Failed, forcing me to liquidate funds in 401K to use instead, a cost of more than 18k in taxes.
