My logistics team and I use Square One for dozens (if not hundreds) of loads every year. Their team is comprised of industry professionals who are well experienced with the ups and downs of transportation. Issues can't always be prevented, but that's not typically anyone's fault. I will say they aren't lightning fast like some other large brokerage companies, but we can count on them to be honest and reliable. That on its own goes a looooong way.

The friendliness and communication skills of broker Ryan Murray are top-notch. The load details were described precisely from the shipper to the receiver. The shipper's detention payment was made immediately. The after-hours team was very helpful. We, ON POINT OB TRANSPORT INC., would be delighted to handle more loads for SQUARE ONE LOGISTIC INC.
