Kawa-Jump, Shirley: How to Publish your articles A very nicely written book and very helpful. Each chapter covers must know stuff. I live in Australia so some of it is not relevant locally but on the whole the information is just as applicable here as no doubt it would be in any other country. I got the book out of my local library, now I want a copy for myself as a reference - perhaps a digital version!
