NOT IMPRESSED! I was in need of an oil change and pulled up to the entrance bay doors. I sat in my car as customary in my experience of drive through oil change locations and waited for a staff member to approach my vehicle. No one ever acknowledged me until it seemed I was an inconvenience and an employee wanted to back out a vehicle.
