Great service - Caroline was AMAZING, she made what was a stressful time moving a breeze. I'm so grateful for her and the movers! Thank you! 11/30 Update Customer service was great, however it took our movers a little over 3 hours to load up the moving van & that was with 3 movers - 1 dresser, 1 couch, 1 bed frame, and two mattresses, everything else was in boxes. James was super helpful, but wasn’t my best experience with this company.

We moved with Square Cow today and we were so impressed with our experience. I wish I remembered the names of our two movers because they did a really great job- everything was moved quickly and carefully. We moved out of a large 1 bedroom apartment and into our house in just over 3 hours (25 min apart), which ran us a bit over $500. The service price was still one of the lowest we were quoted, and the quality reviews about service were completely correct. I called for a quote and then called back to book the appointment to move. The girl on the phone said I was confirmed for a move. Come my move date they never showed up. I called back and they said they didn’t have an appointment. Don’t schedule with this company because you aren’t guaranteed the movers will show up.
