I highly recommend Ellen! She has such a calming, intentional, supportive approach and presence. Her support and services were truly life changing for me. I initially met with Ellen to reduce the headaches I was experiencing. Working with her resulted in those headaches going away and to a path of long-term healing that has guided me to feeling safe in my body.
Ellen is amazing. She is warm, caring and creates a safe place for you to relax and let your body unwind. This body work is so very powerful and Ellen is a master. Her experience and natural intuition makes for an incredible outcome. I highly recommend her.
I know that basically CST works with the soft tissue structures of the body and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid between the head and the base of the spine.
