I love this place. There you have sauna, heated pool, gym, classes, and so many different services. It’s also well-kept and there aren’t many people.
I love Spyre! Such a calming space offering a wide variety of classes and nourishing healthy food with a kind staff! Always leave feeling restored, very grateful to have this place in the neighborhood. Only wish they were open even more hours !
