Great facility and amazing amenities.
A lovely location and oasis in the middle of New Orleans. However, it is very unfortunate that when you pay for an aqua fitness class and it gets canceled for weather, it can take two months or more to get your money back - so be aware. This happened to me on May 21, and I’m still waiting despite multiple attempts to reach them and resolve this. I’ve taken classes here since their opening and I always enjoy the space. It’s really beautiful and calming. The grounds are well kept and staff is always friendly and accommodating. I recently took my first heated class and I have mixed feelings. The room was a little small for the size of the class, there were maybe 25- 30 of us.
