I haven’t experienced Spyre outside of the massages, but Skye is best-in-class for a pre-natal massage. Every time I walk out of my massage my body and soul feels 10 pounds lighter. I’ve had other pre-natal massages and nothing compares to Skye. She takes the time before the appointment to talk about how you are feeling, how the pregnancy is going and then once the massage starts I am usually asleep and drooling. Cannot recommend it enough, Skye is magical!
Was really excited to embark upon a great healing evening with a sound bath. But was met with disappointment when the instructor arrived late, which totally set the bar as low as it should’ve been. Once the class got started everything seemed to be going well, and all was forgiven until one of the other guest started to snore louder than the sound healing. Like cartoon Comedy Central snoring! I did a hot vinyasa class and a dry float. The class was great! The place is so beautiful with a relaxing feel. The front desk staff are nice enough. The locker room is pretty small but served its purpose. But the dry float lol! Def not worth it! I left after a few minutes.
