Very professional and helpful customer service I called up to get a clip replacement after owning my knife for one day they sent me a brand new clip no questions asked along with a clip for my other knife without even asking, and they tossed in a challenge coin all for free. 10 out of 10 customer service 10 out of 10 product. I will continue to be a returning customer.
Had a great experience. The folks inside were super helpful. Our buddy had a knife that was missing a screw on the clip and they gave him a couple extras and sharpened his knife. The lady that helped us was extremely helpful and we ended up getting a few knives while we were there.
