Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. They even shipped my knife home at no extra charge so I wouldn’t have to worry about checking a bag.

Terrible customer service! Paid $300+ for an exclusive PM2 and got a worn out/damaged pivot screw and they want me to pay for shipping both ways for a warranty claim on a defective product??? What a joke of a company!!!
