I am shocked this company is even in business and not litigated out of existence. Saying "bad customer service" would be too mild and a great understatement. They are willingly and openly misrepresenting the facts, having no problem openly acknowledging that. I purchased a jacket from them, and on that jacket's page it stated, in black and white, "returns allowed".
