I would give this - a 0 for the zero she is . Dcs took my baby do to unfair and and discrimination of handicap aka I have cp...so this - never cared AT ALL. She was late to a appointment the only one I had by 1/2. She seriously was on dcs side the whole time never did one thing to help.also she has this I'm a pretty girl and I'm so smart attitude so disgusting
