I was really excited as I went to get my nails done with mother in law for her birthday, but not happy with the nails. Acrylic was placed on top of my cuticles, not filed properly, nails pointed upwards, the filing literally burned, and my nails lifted within a week, and I just noticed today that some parts of my nails didn't even cure properly and just peeled off my nail. Very dissatisfied..
I havent had a pedicure in 15 years and this was an absolute treat! The hot stone calf massage was unexpected delight.
Bad service and unprofessional staff. Employees were mostly talking in their own language while serving customers, which felt uncomfortable.
