Nothing worse than contacting a business and not getting a reply. Went into their office Friday morning to inquire about using their services in the sale of a house. No one was available so my contact information was taken. Days later no one called.

We used Spruce Notary and Legal for all our mortgage and home documents. I could not have asked for an easier experience throughout. The office helped to lay everything out clearly and quickly. Will definitely use them again in the future for anything notary or legal related.

Used Spruce Notary for the legal work on my house purchase. Was able to schedule meetings with the staff very easy, and had all my questions from being a first time home buyer answered by the lawyers I met with. Would recommend Spruce to anyone in the Cranbrook/East Kootenay area

I don’t leave many negative reviews but this was our first time buying a home for only $157,000 and we had to pay over $3,400 in legal fees with this office. I have spoken to multiple people about this (including realtors) and they have all said this was ridiculously expensive. They also made a $27,000 mistake leaving me to run around all day fixing this mistake. We will not use this office when we sell our home and would not recommend their services.
