I Purchased the Spruce Rest CBD oil 1200mg.and what a disappointment. It's not affective at all compared to Gold bee or Royal, cheaper also.
I highly recommend Spruce products. I switch between the regular flavor and the seasonal flavors when they come out (key lime, pumpkin, etc). I also take Sleep Ranger and occasionally Spruce Rest. These all work really, really well for me. Great customer service too.
