Awful, I’m a delivery driver and I arrived to deliver a customers food, I had been through this neighborhood before usually if a customer doesn’t answer the gate they take my plate number down and wave me through simple and easy, well whoever the older white man was yesterday CLEARLY dosent know how to do his job after calling the resident for over 15 minutes with no answer and having me circle 2 times the resident finally answered and confirmed me, I said “hallelujah now can you open the gate” clearly irritated at the waste... read more
I came here today after buying the contents of a home. I have had no issues getting through the gate prior to today. I was on the list. One of the men there let me in the gate 2 days ago. Today he lied and said he never let me in the gate. He said I was on the list a few days ago. The realtor told them, I was on the list. Maybe it was because a supervisor on a power trip was having a bad day. This is a 55+ you own your land, regular houses resort! 3250 homes w 6300 residents (some snowbirds) 3 Multiple golf courses, 3 heated pools (1 indoor lap pool), softball field, bocci, Park, Bingo, pickleball, giant fitness center, 1/2 mile nature trail, great restaurant and golf store, gigantic hall, vacation trips, plays, concerts, full catering kitchen, $7 Tuesday night meals, 43 miles of road in our community, PRISTINE homes, tons of clubs! This is a very beautiful community full of nice individuals. My in laws live here and i do garage door work in here. I'm giving three stars because of some of the rude customers I've had to deal with in this establishment. Some of which i hope realize people on the clock are still having to make a profit than take a loss. Not going to say last names but 70 dollars to show up to your house to get your garage door remote working again to then promise to bring them one the next day for 50.00 along with a complimentary tune up f... read more
