I absolutely love this shop and send me husband here when he wants to get me a gift I'll love. Friendly staff, amazing selection of items at both their locations, and just great all around. My go to for gifts.. for others as well as myself! I wish I could get points for all I spend here 😅
I’ve always enjoyed coming here and finding unique gifts, unfortunately my last two visits were truly disappointing. I decided to give it another try today because I was looking for something specific, the experience was even worse. Great staff, fantastic collection of goods.
I paid $16 for a clip and brought it in to exchange, it says $16 on my receipt BEFORE tax. They told me I had to pay an extra $3 because they claimed the clip is only $13 and not $16. So where did my $3 go? Are you just charging more for items and pretending you didn’t and just pocketing it? I have both receipts and both show the tax AFTER the product amount. I went to exchange a clip that a family member purchased for $16. They wanted to exchange for another clip that was marked at $16. Upon doing the exchange I was told that I had to pay $3.46. I do not think it makes sense to have to pay a difference when the items are the same price…..
