I have to check my receipt being right or wrong if Stephanie was the cashier. If approach with her mistake she wouldn't smile nor apologize, then says it is not her that did it but the sprouts system. Then adds on top to say to me as i was walking away "If you dont like me, dont come here" and turned around, I did not have time to call the manager as my kids were waiting, but iam curious if the manager has her back and that is why she can afford to behave like that. Sprouts has one of the best selections of pre-vetted groceries I’ve come across. It feels so refreshing to shop without having to stop and Google every ingredient, I can by and large trust what’s on the shelves. The store is never too crowded, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and I love that you can return anything you don’t love. And honestly, their snack selection is top tier. It’s an easy place to feel good about shopping.
