Today was my first time going to the physical store in Burtonsville. I mostly use Instacart but after all of the great things I’ve been getting from Sprouts, I had to see the store for myself. The store is impeccable and employees were keeping the shelves stocked. One employee, Peter, was most helpful. He made sure I could find everything easily. Terrible experience for our mere second time at a sprouts. Drove here specifically for 4 cases of water. Called ahead and reserved (asked them to put it in a cart ready for me to come get them). That wasn’t done. Then came the price issue they had on their end. Ed didn’t want to sell the price of bottles for the advertised amount and said I can only get 4.
