This is the best Sprouts! They're all pretty good, but the customer service here is great. All the staff are always helpful, and they always seem to have a sunny disposition. Paul noticed I was frequently buying one particular item and offered to get my contact info and order it for me by the case whenever I need to re-up! (I won't say what it is, bc I don't want any of you keeping from my fav snack!)
I walked in this morning and asked for a Turkey meal deal. Tia immediately came to my rescue and gathered all the items required for my order. She was so helpful and kind as she prepared the awesome box with everything included for my husband and I to have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner! All the employees were extremely generous with their time in providing knowledgeable assistance when I shopped through out the store. Sara checked me out with such a friendly attitude! We chatted as she rang up all my groceries!
I had an outstanding experience thanks to Emma and Monte. They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Not only did they take the time to walk with me through the aisles, but they also reached out to a produce team member to help locate the specific apples I was looking for. Paul was so helpful when we came in today! There was a mixup with our delivery order and he got us taken care of as soon as we walked in the door. It’s nice to see some places still take pride in customer service these days!
