Store is often very busy, with only 1-2 registers open, with most employees avoiding you at all costs. Kaylie was especially "helpful" (as if) and I've not been back in over a month, with no plans to shop here ever again; I used to shop here every weekend. In my experience, I found Kaylie to be a cold hearted, rude person who has zero customer service experience and doesn't want to try (unless you're a man, then she'll flirt with you, holding up the already long line to do so). I was there earlier and crossed several employees, and never got asked if I needed help. Two employees in the supplement area only asked the male customer that walked into area but not me. Train your employees to greet and ask every customers if they need help, like the employees at Trader Joe's who treat you very good all the time.
