I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 15 years and was excited when this location opened. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. While using self-checkout (since there are rarely cashiers available), a tall blonde employee, who I believe was named Tara, came out from the office area and hovered over me while I scanned my items.
