I had a disappointing experience at this store. Two weeks ago, I bought some milk, only to find out it was spoiled when I got home. I reached out to customer service to request a replacement, but they completely disregarded my concerns. As of now, I still haven't received any response or acknowledgment from Sprouts. I highly recommend avoiding this place; their products are meant to be fresh, but mine was clearly past its prime.

We like this store better than other nearby Sprouts. It's very clean and the staff is much more friendly and accommodating. This store carries some products other Sprouts don't (Canadian salmon as an example). We particularly like the knowledgeable and very helpful staff in the seafood area.

We were helped by Kiresten today and she was doing so much for so many people. She was manning the self check out and checking people out for the in person line too. The guy manager only came out to watch her a couple times. Its really not right to have only 1 person on staff at a grocery store. She was doing well cause she was running back and forth but no one should have to work in those conditions. Im pretty disappointed in the management/ manager guy. This sprouts is full of wonderful friendly staff who will help with any of your needs. I am Thankful for the empathy from Ava in the vitamins department helping me find those tricky to find items on my DoorDash order and pointing me in the direction of anything not in the department! Thank you sprouts!
