She really sealed the deal by asking if my experience went well + she’s just a kind person..it’s rare to see people who genuinely enjoy their job/ want the customer to be happy.. her smile she overall demeanor radiates positivity. When he gets towards the end of the day, they never have anybody working here so right now there’s a really long line and only one checker. And there’s nobody to ask a question if you need help it’s just bad customer service.
