I love Sprouts and I shop here every other day, so I’m really disappointed to write this. Today at the Grand Prairie location store, my cashier was incredibly rude. No greeting, no “hello,” just a very disrespectful attitude toward me from start to finish. I’ve always loved Sprouts for the quality and friendly staff, which is why this stood out. Checkout customer service should match the rest of the store. I hope management can address this. I want to keep coming back, but today’s experience made me not want to.
Their sandwiches from the deli are fire.
