Karla is a gem of a human. She’s always so authentically positive and upbeat. Even when I’m in a “mood” and don’t feel like being in public or talking to people, she puts a smile on my face without even realizing it. Go Karla! Every staff member that I’ve interacted with has been nothing but kind and helpful!!! I love this store!
The worst sprouts I've ever been. DO NOT ORDER SANDWICHES HERE, they mess up every order here. They call out four or five sandwiches at once and get them all mixed up. Can't even make a sandwich right. Insane levels of incompetence.
Love this Sprouts! Karla is my favorite cashier—she’s always so positive, energetic, and attentive. Her kindness and upbeat attitude make running errands feel like a bright spot in my day. She truly goes above and beyond. Keep it up, Karla! I always look forward to seeing your smile.
