Gisela the manager went above and beyond! I needed a specific product that not all Sprouts carry or keep in stock. I live in Riverside County, but couldn't find it up here. Gisela's customer service was impeccable. She called me back when the product came in, just as she said she would do. She placed mine and my friend's name on it and told me where it would be. He was able to pick it up, just as promised. The entire process was smooth and easy. Thank you, Sprouts!
Used to buy almost all my groceries from this store. Since 2020 the quality of their chicken, fish, meat and many other products declined and their prices kept raising. They are more expensive than any other stores in the area. Wish they check the prices in other supermarket and see the difference for the exact same product. I wish, they also work on improving the quality of their products.
