I hate to write this, and I have always loved Sprouts, but lately the store is in really bad shape. They are selling chubs from the deli marked down and set to expire tomorrow. They had the Boar's Head Easter ham for sale 2 months after Easter! And their produce is looking rougher and rougher. None of it is fresh; you can get a lot fresher from Whole Foods delivery. I just moved close to Aurora and I really liked my visit to Sprouts. I will be shopping at this store more often.
Alot of employees having conversations. Produce employees would not move the carts so we could shop. Mark down section was in disarray. Some items marked. Spoke to associate about it. She said it was because they were different experation dates. I showed that the dates were the same. Wouldn't honor the price. Asked to speak to a manager. The associate said I was speaking to a manager. I knew it was a lost cause after that. Poor experience all around.
