I usually shop here on my lunch break. The experience is usually average but recently a member, I think his name was Aaron helped me out. He was amazing! Great customer service. People like him make me want to return!!!
Terrible customer service. Lazy employees who stand around chatting and don’t offer assistance. When asking for assistance, they don’t bother to find answers or locate items even though they are not busy. Won’t be back.

The staff at this specific sprouts location are beyond kind and considerate. I accidentally dropped my card under one of there refrigerators and they're trying did everything to get to me and didn't make me feel bad about it once. Everyone there has an incredible attitude and stellar team work thank you for today.
