Very easy, good quality, lots of options.
Most the time I have a very good experience there But I usually don't ask for help a couple of days ago and I was looking for some Vegetables and fruit and there is an elderly men stocking the produce I asked for help and he just pointed Over there not even looking at me.. Did not see that coming This is not a cheap place I expect it a little bit better customer service than food for less...
Sprouts Farmers Market’s customer service has significantly deteriorated. They appear to employ inexperienced, low-wage individuals with inadequate customer service skills and a lack of basic etiquette. Cashiers are often non-verbal and some even go without name badges.
I shop at Sprouts in the Metro Center shopping center in Fullerton when I am in the area. I look for organic produce. The checkers are always friendly & they have never given me a negative attitude.
