Terrible experience. The lady at the counter was rude and completely inattentive. She charged us for a bag without even asking, was too busy chatting instead of doing her job, and then came running to our car asking if the payment went through. Made us come back inside just to say it actually had. Total waste of time, especially when we were in a rush. Really unprofessional service.
Every single time I go to Sprouts, the cashiers are rude. Especially, the older lady that may be a top cashier or manager because the other cashiers always call on her. Makes me not want to visit there anymore.
