I really like this Sprouts but why are dogs that aren’t service dogs allowed in the store? It’s so unsanitary. You literally have dogs sneezing and breathing around food that people are going to consume. I understand this is a dog friendly neighborhood but in the grocery store?? There should be some boundaries.
I used to love this store! Unfortunately had a weird experience here tonight. I was stopping in to get some supplements and a staff member came up to me saying that “someone saw you put something in your bag” I said yes, my phone. (Was using it for my list) and opened my bag for her to look, as I was not stealing anything. No apologies or anything very uncomfortable and unusual but I put my stuff back and left. Great experience today at Sprouts. Produce manager Will was on point today with his expertise in watermelon picks. Also I must say I was happy to see Rosa on the front line with her customer service energy she brings to that store. It is always a pleasure to know she will make my visit a pleasure!
