Love this place. The staff is always so helpful and friendly, the store manager is even on the floor helping almost every time I’m there! And, you can’t beat the quality of the produce and meat selection.
I’ve been a regular customer at this Sprouts location for over a year and a half, and this was my first genuinely poor experience. I ordered a Tropical Glow smoothie (collagen + spirulina). While it was being made, two employees made repeated sarcastic comments referring to it as a “Hailey Bieber smoothie” in a condescending tone. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
