I used to love this store but today I went in to the meat department and asked for help and was told they all went on break and I’d have to wait 15 minutes. Then when I started explaining the situation to a supervisor he started smiling and laughing and making excuses for the employee. I left without a purchase and will not be back. There is a bigger problem if this is the way customers are treated when you have your staff go to break at the same time. Horrible management and customer service. I’m deeply disappointed.

Robert, Antonio, Tyler and Jacob were very helpful during my shopping experience. They took the time out of what they were doing to assist me while I was there, and always ask if I need help when they see me. They are very friendly, patient and have excellent customer service

Probably the worst sprouts that I've ever been to. The produce is never fresh. The bread is always close to expiration with bare minimum on the shelves. And recently they got rid of the hand baskets. As a mother that needs to shop alone with two babies in a stroller, I can't push a cart and a stroller. Going to just start skipping this store.
