Great selection of grocery and many other things here. The people are really nice and they are always there to help you.
They always have the Vital Farms brand of organic pasture-raised eggs my wife always asks for. I can never seem to find the "organic" ones in the brown colored carton anywhere else I looked. King Soopers has the regular ones in the black carton, but not the organic in the brown carton. This is my guaranteed spot to find that brand, always fresh and in stock, when others run out of the regular ones pretty frequently. Started shopping here when it was Henry's and have never had an issue with this location. Never had meats go bad before the sell by date, never had to wait in a long line to checkout at the only register open, never had the meat department label the chicken breasts as thighs and charge us the more expensive thigh price, nothing. Maybe we just got lucky over the 6 years. Unfortunately we live closer to the 2 worst stores (in Temecula) and wish Escondido was a bit closer.

Here is what I like about this place. The meats they have that are organic are 10 times better than what we have been buying at a supermarket. My wife finally talked me into it and I just won't buy meat anywhere else. If you are not going to freeze the meet, which I don't like to do, make lots of trips. It spoils sooner without all the chemicals in it. Very much worth the trips.

I love Sprouts. Their produce is so much better than Costco and the organic options are very fairly priced. Service has always been friendly too.
The produce selection and prices are fantastic. Lots of organic, gluten-free and alternative dairy options. It has a small homeopathic section (similar to a Trader Joe's) and a produce section comparable to a Gelsons.
