I always have a great experience at Sprouts! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the customer service is amazing. Travis especially stands out. I finally tried the smoothies, and they are amazing, especially after a workout. It is definitely one of my favorite things to get when I come in. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop!
I had such a great experience at Sprouts! The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The store was also very clean and organized, which made shopping even more enjoyable. One of my favorite parts is definitely the smoothie bar; the smoothies are always fresh and delicious! You can really tell the staff cares about creating a positive experience for customers. I appreciate the great service and will definitely keep coming back!
I usually do an order pick up because I just had a baby and I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by this wonderful gal. Now my receipts don’t show names, but I picked it up today at the Cerritos location 5/5 at 10/21 am. So please make sure to give her the credit! She’s lovely, and very personable. I told her I marked an item as missing and later found it and felt so guilty because I know they must get dinged for it. I wanted to make it right, however, I do believe it is too late. Great place for all groceries
Horrible customer service!! Especially deli!! It wasn’t like this when it first opened. I rather drive to the Los Alamitos sprouts.
