Very disappointed with Sprouts. We placed a catering order on 8/11 for pick up on 8/16. We arrived for pick up and was given and old order as the pineapple on the fruit tray was clearly old and spoiled. After investigation they realized they hadn’t even made our order yet. Cynthia asked us to come back in 30 min as she would get all 6 trays made quickly. We came back and still had to wait a bit. Shop here a lot for customers. Store is really lacking on stock. (Always have to refund a lot of the order). Most of the employees are awesome except for older lady in deli.(always seems like she couple give 2 hoots and your inconveniencing her) Also produce is well past its shelf life if not rotten or bruised.
Obsessed with dark chocolate covered almonds. Everyone here is amazing... can't complain. Clean and stocked!
