I shopped online this morning while our beautiful Colorado weather was climbing to 80 at 8 am. On top of the weather, I recently suffered a knee injury. I am on leave from my job at this time. I decided to go online & order a few groceries for pickup. I placed my order around 9 am. I set my pick-up time to 11 am. I order for pickup through instacart here weekly since last August. I like Sprouts, however I only order from here because it’s the only store nearby that does grocery pickup, which is really helpful for me as a single parent. First issue I have had is that the orders never come out on time even when I hit the “I’ve arrived” button on my instacart and I’ve had to wait for 15-30 minutes, have had to call the store to notify them, and have on occasion just gone inside myself to retrieve the order because I got tired of waiting... read more
