Shop all the time here!! People are helpful. I really like the bulk foods!! Not so much the sushi bought one last week on special & it tasted off.

Of the many times I have shopped at Sprouts in Naples.This time I had an issue with an item I had just purchased and grilled. I was coming back for refund. One of there employees “Clarke” was Checking out on his way home, saw me. As I came in. Realizing I had an issue, he then took his personal time to fix everything for me. Absolutely the way I would want my employees to react to a problem. This is the personal touch you hope to get shopping a smaller grocery. It’s why I’ll be back.
I like the store. However, The guy in charge in the vitamin department is extremely rude and unprofessional. Save your energy and just use google instead. 👍🏼
